NPT-805: Add support for goland "alias" types defined in other packages in datamodel
Nexus-sdk, when generating CRD definitions for the above does not resolve the import package name in the alias statement.
This change invokes ConstructType func in parsePackageTypes procedure, which correctly replaces aliased types according to the map.
